Reinstein and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, completed its acquisition of The Avon Company (&#8220;Avon North America&#8221;) from LG H&amp;H Co., Ltd. (KRX: 051900). The transaction reunites Avon North America with Avon&#8217;s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, which Regent acquired from Natura &amp; Co. in January 2026, bringing the 140-year-old brand back under common ownership for the first time since 2016.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avon North America is a leading social selling beauty company operating throughout the United States and Canada, with a portfolio of award-winning skincare, colour cosmetics, fragrance and personal care products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Regent as Canadian counsel with a team led by Andrew Cohen (Corporate\/M&amp;A) and comprised of Eamonn Flaherty, Jamie Eichenbaum (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Jaclyne Reive, Alissa Ricioppo, Jayme Millar, Jessica Modafferi (Regulatory), Michelle MacGillivray, Gary S.
