The Club offers an extensive range of athletic, recreational and social programs, including nationally recognized hockey programming, aquatics, tennis, pickleball, fitness and youth activities. The acquisition expands the Club\u2019s capabilities in youth hockey development and education and complements its longstanding commitment to inclusive athletics, family fitness and the development of young athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised North Shore Winter Club with a team led by Darcy Wray (Corporate\/M&amp;A) and comprised of Jesse Wray (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Power Chen (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Vanessa Rosteski (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Sarah Fitzpatrick (Social Impact), Carolyn Inglis (Tax), Michael Gargaro (Litigation), M.
