(\u201c<strong>IDEX<\/strong>\u201d) completed a brokered private placement of special warrants led by Clarus Securities Inc. (\u201c<strong>Clarus<\/strong>\u201d), as lead agent and bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents including Interward Asset Management Ltd. (collectively, the \u201c<strong>Agents<\/strong>\u201d), for total gross proceeds of $8,050,000 (the \u201c<strong>Private Placement<\/strong>\u201d). Pursuant to the Private Placement, IDEX issued 20,125,000 special warrants at a price of $0.40 per special warrant. Following the closing of the Private Placement, IDEX filed a short form base shelf prospectus on June 12, 2026 and a corresponding prospectus supplement on June 18, 2026 to qualify the distribution of the units issued upon the automatic exercise of the special warrants. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
