This ownership model supports the implementation of standalone real estate financing arrangements&nbsp;: the Real Estate Financing Group of the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des caisses Desjardins du Qu\u00e9bec provided financing to Pr\u00e9vel, while the National Bank of Canada financed Interloge, each as part of traditional construction financing structures. This financing arrangement also benefited from significant contributions from the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Habitation du Qu\u00e9bec and the City of Montr\u00e9al for Interloge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9vel was represented by Norton Rose Fulbright (Jean-Nicolas Pr\u00e9vost and Marie-France Gagn\u00e9); Interloge was represented by Therrien Couture Jolicoeur (Ghislain C\u00f4t\u00e9 and Maxime de Passill\u00e9 Goulet); the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des caisses Desjardins was represented by Miller Thomson (Maxime B. Rh\u00e9aume and Sylvie Marchand); and the National Bank of Canada was represented by Beaudry Bernier (Pascal Bergeron) as well as Mallette LLP (Me St\u00e9phanie Nadeau) is also responsible for the financing provided by the SHQ and the City of
