(TSXV: DLP) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced that it completed a \u201cbest efforts\u201d private placement for gross proceeds of $6 million, which includes the exercise in full of the agent\u2019s option.\u00a0The Company sold 24,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit. Red Cloud Securities Inc.
