(the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d) announced the closing of a bought deal private placement, pursuant to which the Company issued 10,005,000 units (the \u201c<strong>Units<\/strong>\u201d) at a price of $1.00 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,005,000, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option. Each Unit was comprised of one common share of the Company (a \u201c<strong>Common Share<\/strong>\u201d) and one Common Share purchase warrant of the Company (a \u201c<strong>Warrant<\/strong>\u201d). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional Common Share at an exercise price of $1.40 for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance. The Offering was conducted by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc.
