(\u201cVeradek\u201d) in partnership with the existing CEO and co-founder, Daniel Greenberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veradek, headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is a leading branded supplier of outdoor d\u00e9cor products, offering a diverse range including planters, side tables, deck boxes, and waste bins through both e-commerce and retail channels across Canada and the United States. Following the transaction, Veradek\u2019s co-founder and CEO, Daniel Greenberg, will continue to play an active leadership role as co-owner and strategic advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Daniel Greenberg throughout the transaction with a team led by Max Spearn and Luigi Valente and comprised of Brandon Meyer, Eugene Yeoung and Sandra Wright (Corporate and M&amp;A), Kathryn Walker (Tax), Karen Durell and David Bailey (Intellectual Property), Stefan Mirokovic (Financial Services), Michelle D.
