(TSXV: SLVR) (\u201c<strong>Silver Tiger<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d) completed its previously announced bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of C$40,004,000. The Company sold 54,800,000 common shares at a price of C$0.73 per share pursuant to a short form prospectus.
