On July 4th<\/sup>, 2024, Fleurco announced that they have begun construction of their new headquarters and warehouse. This new development will provide the infrastructure needed to support their expansion into new products and markets across North America.<\/p>\n

Fleurco specializes in the design, manufacturing and distribution of a full range of high-end glass shower doors, bathtubs, lighted mirrors and accessories.<\/p>\n

Miller Thomson advised Fleurco with the land acquisition with a team led by Steven Chaimberg (Real Estate) and comprised of Philipp Park (Corporate\/M&A), Chantal Joubert, Wendy Belisle, Erika Cabral, Sylvie Marchand (Real Estate), Jasmin Lefebvre (Construction), Luc-Antoine Manneh and Nadim Elkommos (Financial
