trailer components, completed its cross-border sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to DexKo Global Inc., a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of highly-engineered solutions critical to the safety and performance of towable applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Cerka Industries Ltd. with a team led by Jonathan Lin and comprised of Madison Derraugh and Ellen
