On July 12, 2023, Trigon Metals Inc. (\u201cthe \u201cCompany\u201d) announced that it has closed its previously announced private placement offering of units of the Company (the \u201cUnits\u201d) pursuant to which the Company issued 25,000,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $5,000,000 (the \u201cOffering\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Offering was led by Beacon Securities Limited, as lead agent, on behalf of a syndicate of agents (collectively, the \u201cAgents\u201d) that included Echelon Wealth Partners Inc.<\/p>\n

The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the Offering for mineral exploration activities on the Company\u2019s Kombat Project, Silver Hill Project and Addana Project and for general working capital requirements.<\/p>\n

Trigon is a publicly traded Canadian exploration and development company with its core business focused on copper and silver holdings in mine-friendly African jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

Miller Thomson advised Trigon Metals Inc. with a team led by Mack Hosseinian and comprised of Ian Polisuk, Joshua Davis (Corporate\/M&A) and Armando Ranjbar
