Marketing Inc. (SFM), a specialist in value-add audio video distributor in Canada for an enterprise value of up to C$44.3 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midwich is a global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Midwich with a team led by Eamonn Flaherty and Julien Morier (Corporate\/M&amp;A), and comprised of Jamie Eichenbaum, Myriam Bensadoun-Amato, Jessica Modafferi (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Lawrence Witt (Labour &amp; Employment), Andrew Etcovitch (Tax), Eric Dufour (Competition\/Foreign Investment), Luc-Antoine Manneh (Financial Services) and Alexandre Ajami
