It employs over 700 workers in Israel and throughout the world. Their products are used to protect irrigation systems, water membranes, wastewater treatment facilities, drinking water production, cooling systems, desalination facilities, and other industrial systems.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Amiad Water Systems in relation to this acquisition with a team led by Andrew Cohen and comprised of Jamie Eichenbaum\u00a0 (Corporate\/M&amp;A), David Tsai (Labour &amp; Employment), Andrew Etcovitch (Tax), Stuart Chaimberg &amp; Kyle Bertsch (Real Estate), Tamara Farber (Environmental) and Karen Durell (IP &amp;
