On January 6, 2023, NetEase, Inc.(NASDAQ: NTES; HKEX:9999) (\u201cNetEase<\/strong>\u201d) announced that its game division, NetEase Games, has acquired SkyBox Labs, a Canadian-based game studio and co-developer of notable titles like Halo and Minecraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a leading global internet technology company, NetEase provides premium online services. NetEase Games, its games division, develops and operates many popular and mobile and PC games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
