(CSE:SCYB; OTCQB:SCYRF; FSE:EIY) (\u201cScryb\u201d) announced that it has entered into an amalgamation agreement with Pima Zinc Corp. (&#8220;Pima&#8221;), 2635212 Ontario Inc., a subsidiary of Pima, and Cybeats Technologies Inc. (&#8220;Cybeats&#8221;), a subsidiary of Scryb, pursuant to which Pima will acquire all of the shares Cybeats pursuant to a three-cornered amalgamation.\u00a0 The amalgamation was completed on November 11, 2022.\u00a0 Pima was later renamed Cybeats Technologies Corp. and began trading its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Monday, November 21, 2022, under the symbol &#8220;CYBT&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Cybeats is a leading software supply chain intelligence technology provider, helping organizations manage risk, meet compliance and secure software from procurement, development through operation.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson acted as corporate and securities counsel to Scryb in the transaction with a team led by Alexander Lalka
