private equity firm, announced that MTL COOL, an open air commercial refrigerated showcases company, has been acquired by Due North (\u201cDueNorth.com\u201d) from Fenyx Technology Solutions (\u201cFenyx\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenyx is the manufacturer of MTL Cool branded refrigerated display cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Fenyx on the transaction with a team comprised of Jessica Modafferi (Corporate\/M&amp;A); Nathalie Marchand (Tax); Claudia Desjardins (Employment); Luc-Antoine Manneh (Financial Services); as well as Steve Chaimberg (Real
