This is the third additional tranche for Series JS initially issued on May 13, 2022, following the second tranche for CA$500,000,000 announced on September 15, 2022, for an aggregate principal amount of CA$2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The lead manager for this issue is National Bank Financial Inc. with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and The Toronto-Dominion Bank acting as co-lead managers, Casgrain &amp; Company Limited, CIBC World Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc. acting as other managers.<\/p>\n<p>Hydro- Qu\u00e9bec is a multibillion dollar public utility company that manages the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the Canadian province of Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Hydro-Quebec on the deal with a team comprised of Bernard Blouin and Bruno Caron (Capital Markets &amp;
