This is the third additional tranche for Series 0082, initially issued on January 13, 2022, for an aggregate principal amount of CA $2.4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The lead manager for this issue is National Bank Financial Inc. with CIBC World Markets Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc. acting as co-lead managers, and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Casgrain &amp; Company Limited, Desjardins Securities Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and The Toronto-Dominion Bank, acting as other managers.<\/p>\n<p>Hydro- Qu\u00e9bec is a multibillion dollar public utility company that manages the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the Canadian province of Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Hydro-Quebec on the deal with a team comprised of Bernard Blouin and Bruno Caron (Capital Markets &amp;
