(\u201cPremium\u201d) as well as Alliance Leasing Ltd. and First Truck Collision Centre Ltd. (related companies under common control to Premium). Headquartered in Prince George, British Columbia, Premium has a long and diverse history in the truck and trailer sales and service business across the interior region of British Columbia.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase of Premium increases First Truck Centre\u2019s ability to offer a full range of products and services throughout Western Canada, specifically Northern and Central British Columbia.<\/p>\n<p>First Truck Centre is a multi-location Western Canadian Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) heavy duty truck dealership group. As a result of its combination with Premium, First Truck Centre is the largest DTNA dealer in Western Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised First Truck Centre with a team led by Joseph Yurkovich (Tax), and comprised of Spencer Einhorn and Joyce Pong (Corporate\/M&amp;A); John Cross and Dan Chubb (Real Estate); Charles Bois (Environmental); as well as Kerra Jay and Michelle Chan
