Pinnacle Climate saw an increased demand for indoor air quality product solutions in 2021, with the growing concern over COVID-19. Pura Air\u2019s technology is designed to integrate seamlessly into an interior space, increase the air-changes per hour without modifications to the existing HVAC system, and remove and sterilize 99.99% of viruses such as COVID-19, hepatitis A, influenza, and rotavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pura Air products will be rebranded as part of the Schaefer portfolio and be assembled in the U.S. at the Sauk Rapids facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinnacle Climate is a U.S.-based provider of ventilation and climate control product solutions to industrial, commercial, and retail segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Pinnacle Climate with a team led by Max Spearn (Corporate\/M&amp;A) and comprised of Colleen Ma (Corporate Tax), Amanda Robertson (Financial Services), and Michelle McGillivray (Employment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A) Group is a multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary team of lawyers with experience on all types of transactions, advising on due diligence to post-closing integration.
