Tri-Tex is a specialty manufacturer of surfactants, dyes, pigments, and water-based polymers used in textile, personal care, cleaning and industrial applications, and has manufacturing facilities in Quebec, Canada and Los Angeles, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With manufacturing and logistic facilities located in Northwest Georgia, USA, Polyventive is a North American manufacturer of specialty chemical solutions for the HI&amp;I, water treatment, personal care, construction, soft floor covering and textile industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Polyventive with a team comprised
