(also known as Minus Waste Solutions), a Canadian leader in food waste recycling services, completed the acquisition of Perth Environmental Inc., Perth Commodities Inc. and Organic Waste Management Inc., a group of related businesses located in Southern Ontario. The newly-acquired companies will operate under the name Perth Environmental, a well-established regional provider of waste and recycling solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition expands Minus Global\u2019s service footprint across Southern Ontario and enhances its capacity to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions to businesses, municipalities, and institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was supported by a strategic growth equity investment from the Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF), along with additional co-investments from other key investors. This collaboration will further support Minus Global\u2019s mission to transform food waste into valuable resources while expanding its footprint across Canada and internationally.
