Widerfunnel is known for delivering outstanding return on investment for clients such as Microsoft, HP, The Motley Fool, TaylorMade, and Dollar Shave Club.<\/p>\n<p>Sideshow is a specialist marketing and advertising company based in London, UK.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson acted as Canadian counsel to Sideshow in the transaction with a team led by Andrew Cohen (Corporate\/M&amp;A), and comprised of Ashley Mitchell (Employment); Alexandre Ajami and David Krebs (IP); Arthur Opalinski (Real Estate); Andrew Etcovitch (Corporate Tax); Eric Dufour (Competition); and Adam Thompson (Legal
