(\u201cSRx\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) in connection with its application under the <em>Companies\u2019 Creditors Arrangement Act<\/em>, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the \u201cCCAA\u201d). As part of the proceedings, SRx sought and obtained court approval of an expedited sale process, which was essential to maintain uninterrupted access to patient health services.
