(\u201cJefferson Capital\u201d)\u00a0raised US$173 million in\u00a0an initial public offering (IPO) valuing Jefferson Capital at approximately US$1.1 billion. The offering consisted of 11,500,000 million shares of common stock offered at a price of US$15 per share which included the full exercise of the underwriters\u2019 option to purchase 1,500,000 additional shares. Jefferson Capital&#8217;s shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq on June 26, 2025, under the ticker symbol \u201cJCAP\u201d.
