(the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced that it completed a non-brokered private placement offering of 1,955,800 units (the \u201cUnits\u201d) at a price of $0.60 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,173,480 (the \u201cOffering\u201d). Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (a \u201cCommon Share\u201d) and one Common Share purchase warrant (a \u201cWarrant\u201d).
