With the CSL acquisition, RESA Power significantly enhances its engineering capability and adds expertise in the supply of low voltage and medium voltage power systems in Eastern Canada, as well as establishing a base from which to provide electrical field services throughout the Greater Toronto Area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Commercial Switchgear Limited and its shareholders with a team comprised of Ryan Done, Farah Rohoman and Chirine Ali (Corporate\/M&amp;A), Eric Dufour (Regulatory), Carolyn Inglis (Tax), David Tsai (Labour and Employment), Tamara Farber (Environmental), Karen Durell and David Bailey (Intellectual Property), Hugh Wright (Pensions and Benefits), Kyle Bertsch and Rebecca Armstrong (Real Estate), and Megan Kocher and Hayley Coulter
