On April 16, 2024, Beyond the Dotz completed the acquisition of Proceco Ltd. (\u201cProceco<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proceco specializes in the design and manufacturing of industrial aqueous parts washers and custom integrated systems for precision cleaning, high-pressure water jet deburring, fluorescent penetrant inspection, surface treatment, and wastewater treatment. Since 1975, Proceco has served global markets from their head office in Montreal, Qu\u00e9bec, supplying thousands of systems in more than 50 countries worldwide to their leading partners in the aerospace, automotive, rail & transit, heavy machinery, and general manufacturing industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miller Thomson advised the stakeholders of Proceco Ltd. with a team led by Andrew Cohen and comprised of Matthew Steinlauf (Corporate\/M&A), Lawrence Witt (Labour & Employment), Steven Chaimberg (Real Estate), Andrew Etcovitch (Tax), Karen Durell (Intellectual Property) and Alexandre Benoit (Paraprofessional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
