(\u201c<strong>Bombee Americas<\/strong>\u201d), the North American arm of the global production company, Bombee Event Production AB.<\/p>\n<p>Bombee Americas is a provider of live production, special effects, broadcast and event management services in the esports sector. ESE\u2019s acquisition of Bombee Americas marks its continued expansion into North America, paving the way for growth and innovation in the gaming industry and positioning the companies to deliver greater value to their partners and elevating the gaming experience for global clients.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Bombee Americas with a team comprised of Adam Bata (Corporate\/ M&amp;A), Andrew
