This strategic acquisition for Medomea will ensure the growth of the company, which employs around thirty people at its distribution centre and factory in Contrecoeur, Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>Miller Thomson advised Medomea on this transaction. The acquisition was led by Francis Dumoulin (Corporate\/M&amp;A) , assisted by Andrea Kabbash (Corporate\/M&amp;A) and Teresa d&#8217;Angelo
