Kimmy Kular

Biography description

Kimmy is pursuing her law degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with Distinction. Prior to law school, Kimmy worked as a constituency advisor for a member of the Legislative Assembly of BC.

During law school, Kimmy has served as a student clinician with the UBC Innocence Project, working on claims of wrongful conviction under the supervision of practicing lawyers. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, contributing to the creation of several Family Law resource guides for a community organization, and served as Vice President of External Relations for the Allard South Asian Law Students’ Association.

Outside of her academic and professional interests, Kimmy enjoys baking (cookies are her specialty), traveling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active.
