Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Université de Montréal. Prior to her legal studies she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology at McGill University and graduated with Distinction.

Long interested in law and public policy, Jennifer had the opportunity to volunteer and later work for a Member of Parliament during her undergraduate studies. While in law school, her experience in government culminated in an internship with the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada. Jennifer interned for the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff and for the Office’s Human Resources Team. Here, she focused on a variety of initiatives, including diversity and inclusion policies, and she conducted legislative research.

Committed to her community and to student life, Jennifer volunteered on student associations and committees throughout her education. During her time at McGill University, she was active in the McGill Political Science Students’ Association. While pursuing her legal studies, Jennifer served as President of a newly created committee.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys travelling and hiking through Quebec’s many regional and national parks. She also has an interest in archaeology.
