Introducing our International Trade and Customs Bulletin

July 2019

Businesses engaged in international trade and customs must cope with a patchwork of legislation, policies, and rules. With members based in Toronto and Vancouver, we are uniquely well-equipped to offer services across Canada, ranging from strategic planning to dispute resolution and litigation.  Our multi-disciplinary team includes leading legal counsel, consulting experts, and former Department of Justice and Canada Border Services Agency staff.  We put our knowledge of international trade and customs law and global trade processes to work for domestic, non-resident and global businesses. In this era of rapid change in international trade and customs, the right advisors can make all the difference.

By providing access to topical and timely information, we are able to help our clients remain competitive and compliant in this era of constant change. We regularly publish and present programs on international trade and customs matters to business and legal groups around the world. In furtherance of this objective, we introduce the first issue of our International Trade and Customs Bulletin. We would be grateful for any comments and perspectives that you may have on the information set out in this bulletin. Please feel free to reach out to any member of our group to provide your comments or to obtain further information or assistance.  We look forward to hearing from you.
