Jasmin Lefebvre, joint author of a landmark article on the quantification of loss profit in the construction industry
Jasmin Lefebvre, a construction law partner at Miller Thomson, has published jointly with Guy St-Georges from Richter Consulting Group a landmark article on the jurisprudence established by the Court of Appeal of Quebec in the last 40 years with respect to quantifying damages claimed for lost profit.
