Vancouver Sun, "Judge orders end to fake ICBC email signatures"

In the case, a judge ruled that employees do not have the right to change ICBC’s trademark signature in company emails.

“The idea is that if it’s my stuff and I’m the owner of my stuff and you’re dealing with it contrary to my permission, the law should act on it,” said ICBC’s lawyer Aiyaz Alibhai. “This isn’t about picketing – you actually took over the employer’s email system and exercised complete control of [the signature].”
