Victoria is building her business law practice, focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. She has experience working in a variety of areas including private mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, securities regulation, and public offerings.
Victoria was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 after summering and articling at Miller Thomson LLP. She received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at law school Victoria was an intake volunteer at the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme and volunteered as a caseworker at the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinical Project (OVC). Through the OVC she provided legal services to an early stage entrepreneurial venture under the supervision of a Toronto law firm.
Prior to becoming a lawyer Victoria obtained a degree in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo, working in environmental management and marketing as part of the co-operative education program.
