Overview
Shetal Jas is an Associate in Miller Thomson’s Real Estate and Financial Services groups. Her areas of focus are commercial leasing (landlord and tenant matters), commercial and residential real estate transactions, bylaw reviews, condominium development and advising financial institutions and borrowers on mostly real property matters.
Shetal has completed her LL.M in Financial Law at Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in 2022. She joined Miller Thomson as an articling student. Prior to joining the firm she completed her LL.B and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Technology, Sydney, in Australia. Shetal was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019.
