Sean’s practice covers technology and commercial matters for both litigation and transactional work. He has a broad range of practical experience with intellectual property law, commercial law, corporate law and competition law, both to smoothly ensure his clients can safely achieve their business aims and, where necessary, to assist his clients with efficiently managing litigation when things apart.
Sean endeavours to provide efficient, effective and understandable service to his clients at all times. He understands that each client has unique needs and enjoys working closely with his clients to find the right level of service for their matters. He has worked for clients ranging in size from small start-ups to multinational companies and the Federal Government.
Sean articled with the Competition Bureau, a federal law enforcement agency, and completed his JD at Queen’s University in 2015. He had the good fortune to study abroad twice during Law School – first to the U.K. and second to Singapore. Prior to Law School, Sean completed a Bachelor’s of Science with a Minor in History at the University of Alberta and interned at the East-West Center, a think-tank in Washington D.C.
Sean is an avid martial arts practitioner with over 10 years of training. He always enjoys breaking down the choreography used in a good action movie.
