Sarah practices corporate and securities law with emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies.
Sarah provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Before joining Miller Thomson, Sarah practiced corporate and securities law at another leading national law firm.
Alongside her practice, Sarah is passionately involved with feminist legal advocacy, public education, and mentorship.
