Robyn Burns is an Associate in Miller Thomson’s corporate and commercial law practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Robyn provides advice on financing, commercial and residential real estate matters, and general corporate matters including incorporations, restructuring, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts. Robyn has experience with corporations of various sizes, ranging from large, publicly-traded companies, to start-ups.
Robyn also has experience providing advice under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Robyn articled and worked in the competition practice group of another large national firm. She is able to provide advice on various aspects of competition and foreign investment law, including merger review, joint ventures and strategic alliances and regulatory compliance matters.
