Overview
Rhena St. Laurent is a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson LLP. Rhena assists with commercial transactions including all aspects of commercial real estate and commercial financings. Her contributions include due diligence, initial document preparation, file management, reporting and coordination, and communication with the transaction parties. Rhena has worked as a senior commercial paralegal in real estate at Miler Thomson since 1999. She has over 35 years of paralegal experience in total, having spent the first 18 years of her career in a smaller law firm, specializing in real estate.
Rhena’s knowledge and experience is recognized outside of Miller Thomson. She contributes to the local legal community as an instructor at MacEwan University in the paralegal and legal major programs.
