Rachel Haack has an active practice in litigation and administrative law. Rachel has experience in the fields of health law, civil law, and commercial litigation.
While a student at Miller Thomson, Rachel gained valuable experience at the Court of Queen’s Bench and Provincial Court on Secondment to the Public Prosecutions branch of the Ministry of Justice.
She attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law. Prior to law school, Rachel attended the University of Saskatchewan, studying psychology and philosophy.
While at law school, Rachel was a publicist for the Legal Follies Variety Show, an annual talent show that donates all proceeds to local charities. Rachel was a volunteer at CLASSIC, a non-profit legal clinic serving the inner city of Saskatoon. Rachel has maintained an active pro bono practice since law school and volunteers for Pro-Bono Law Saskatchewan.
