Overview
Neal Altman has a wide-ranging advocacy practice, and has represented clients in corporate, commercial, construction, real estate and employment disputes. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals through effective and creative advocacy.
Neal’s experience includes advocating on behalf of clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court), the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
In addition to advocacy, Neal has significant experience in negotiation and dispute resolution, and has helped clients achieve favourable settlements at mediations and in other forums.
