Neal Altman has a wide-ranging litigation practice, and has represented clients in corporate, commercial, construction, real estate and employment disputes. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals by employing effective and creative litigation strategies.
Neal’s experience includes advocating on behalf of clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court), the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
In addition to advocacy, Neal has significant experience in negotiation and dispute resolution, and has helped clients achieve favourable settlements at mediations and in other forums.
