Overview
Nathan practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation and has represented a broad range of stakeholders in the construction industry. Nathan prides himself on giving timely and practical advice that focuses on the particular goals and needs of his clients.
Nathan has acted for clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal of Ontario. Nathan also has extensive experience advising clients on regulatory compliance and representing clients before administrative bodies.
Nathan’s practice focuses on the following areas:
Construction Litigation: construction lien actions, deficiency claims, breach of trust actions.
Commercial Litigation: breach of contract, commercial lease disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Nathan practiced commercial and construction litigation at a full-service law firm in Toronto.
