Nancy Avison is a commercial real estate lawyer with extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and land development across several sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-residential real estate.
Nancy represents lending institutions, advising them on commercial loans and real estate-based secured transactions.
She advises a number of School Boards on a wide range of matters including the construction of schools, the disposition of school sites, school closures, and the development of multi-use facilities.
Nancy has also acted on behalf of numerous private and public companies, institutions, and government agencies on a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisition, disposition, financing development, leasing, and regulatory matters.
