Myriam has completed her articling at Miller Thomson’s Montréal office and joined the Business Law group as an associate. Her newly founded practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, as well as transactional law and commercial law more generally.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2018 and is currently working on a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the Université de Montréal.

Myriam has been actively involved in the student community throughout her studies. She has founded several legal clinics and student committees and participated in many more, while also acting as a student mentor in several areas of law, including business law. She has also been involved with a Canadian not-for-profit organization dedicated to advocating for women around the world through education, entrepreneurship and energy procurement initiatives.
