Mike McCluskey helps his clients resolve all types of litigation disputes from the early stages of an issue all the way through to trial. Many clients find the litigation process to be both confusing and intimidating. Because of this, Mike works closely with his clients at every step of the process believing that open communication is a key ingredient for success.
While he is proudly from Rothesay, New Brunswick, Mike has worked in Toronto since 2011, concentrating his practice exclusively on litigation. Mike now continues his litigation practice in Guelph. By always putting his client’s concerns at the forefront of his practice, Mike ensures the timely and efficient handling of their litigation needs. Mike regularly appears on behalf of his clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and various administrative boards.
