Overview
Meg's practice focuses on providing corporate/commercial and corporate governance advice to private and public healthcare organizations. Meg assists clients with integrations, corporate structuring, procurement, mergers and program transfers, intellectual property, and other general commercial matters.
Meg received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Windsor, where she was awarded the Miller Thomson LLP National Entrance Scholarship for high academic achievement. During her time in Windsor, she volunteered as a producer for a legal radio show on Windsor’s community radio station, was the Chair of the Formal Committee, and volunteered with AskLaw, an organization dedicated to easing the transition to law school for incoming students.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, Meg received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television arts from Ryerson University and worked as a production manager for one of Canada’s leading independent film distributors.
