Maxime Chabot’s practice is focused on tax law. Besides working with the Corporate Tax and Private Client Services teams, he will also be providing support to the partners of the tax litigation group.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Maxime was a legal clerk at the Tax Court of Canada. His tasks included drafting legal opinions as well as comments on the reasons for decisions. He also provided support to judges during hearings and with research.
Maxime received his LL.B. and a master’s degree in tax law from the University of Sherbrooke.
