Mason Brenhouse is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Financial Services Group in the Montréal office. His practice primarily focuses on assisting banks, other institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions. Mason also works in close collaboration with partners at the firm on matters relating to the negotiation and implementation of financing transactions with Canadian and foreign lenders and borrowers.
Mason had the opportunity to work as a summer and articling student at Miller Thomson and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of his articling.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Mason worked at a multinational apparel company, where he developed his keen interest in business law and honed his ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Mason has been an avid supporter of the Movember Foundation of Canada for a number of years. Serving as a board member for Movember Montréal, he actively assisted in fundraising for men’s health initiatives and cancer research foundations.
During his time at the Université de Montreal, Mason took on a leadership role in the Association des étudiants juifs en droit (AEJD) where he oversaw the committee’s operations while also coordinating its volunteer engagement in the community.
